Melissa Kirk

Thank you for visiting my website!! As a full time Realtor, I am focused on providing high quality service to my customers and clients. I have the reputation of building relationships on trust, knowledge of the market, a professional negotiator and being a straight shooter! Many of my clients are referred to me from past clients and I'm honored they will trust me to take care of their friends and family. I enjoy working with first time and move up home buyers and approach it with the heart of a teacher. Buying a home is a huge decision and I will walk you through the whole process as smoothly as possible. Together, we will find the house you'll love! I love working with Sellers to prepare homes for sale that will appeal to the highest number of buyers. Selling your home is all about the perception you leave with Buyers, and my psychology background gives me a unique perspective to marketing your home. I provide a Professional Photographer for each of my listings and will make sure your home really shines! As a Real Estate Investor, I love to help others analyze a future rental property or other investment property. I have experience with short term, mid-term, long term rentals as well as 1031 Exchanges and purchases with self directed IRAs. Whether a Buyer or a Seller, if you make the decision to work with a professional with extensive experience and a proven track record in this market, or if you simply have questions please call, text or email anytime. I am happy to help any way I can. I am honored to represent you as a Seller or Buyer's Agent!
